I have way too many blogs...but each serves a purpose.

  1. head coverings, I'm working on a book, updates here.
  2. Low Carb recipes - this is where I park links until I have a chance to cook them (I only post link or ingredients lists so that I don't take away traffic from the recipe owner.
  3. All the things...primarily a fashion/color, etc.
  4.  a few others that just keep information sorted...

Anyway, Keeping medical separated from fashion...

Figuring out what I need physically goes here.

 at 10:28 my blood glucose (BG) was at 78. 10:58 (30 minutes) - BG 85 11:18 (50 minutes) - BG94 11:40: BG 100 in a bit over an hour, a 20 point spike, and on its way back down. 11:58: BG is 93 12:58: BG is 86 This is not a great choice, but in a pinch won't spike to bad levels.
